I completed my undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of Baltimore in 2022 and began my career in financial services recruitment 3 years ago.

What are your favorite aspects of what you do and why?
I’m passionate about the relationships this industry is built on. Every search gives me the chance to learn about a firm’s culture, understand an advisor’s practice, and bring both sides together in a way that creates long-term success. I enjoy the strategy behind each placement—the balance of understanding technical expertise, business development potential, and personal chemistry.
What are your interests/passions outside of recruiting?
Traveling, Hiking, Live Music, finding the best food in town
