VP of Program Development Requirements – Do you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of combined related experience and education.
  • Advanced degree in Education, Curriculum Development or equivalent –
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish –
  • Effective leader capable of motivating and managing multiple teams.
  • Polished written/ verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • The aptitude to engage with stakeholders, forums, advisory groups, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
  • Understanding of research methodology such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Critical Pedagogy, Constructivism in Educational Theory, and English Learner.

  • Collaborates with the Program Development Leader on implementing programs.
  • Recognizes opportunities to maximize the organization’s impact nationally.
  • Manage the budget and financial delivery of the organization’s program.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in curriculum development and dedication to high-quality programs.
  • Leads and supports a cohesive team ensuring continuous quality program improvements.
  • Effectively convey feedback on education equity and curriculum frameworks.
