Our client is seeking a Treasury and Compliance Accounting Manager to step into a high-impact role within a growing, multi-entity organization. This position blends hands-on treasury and accounting work with real people leadership and enterprise-level responsibility.

What You’ll Do

. Own treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, FX activity, and cash forecasting
. Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
. Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and fraud prevention efforts
. Oversee corporate insurance programs and support audits and regulatory requirements
. Play a hands-on role in month-end close, reconciliations, and treasury reporting

What We’re Looking For

. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
. 5+ years of accounting and/or treasury experience, including 3+ years of people leadership
. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
. Experience with banking platforms, cash forecasting, and FX transactions
. Comfort working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
. CPA, CTP, audit, or manufacturing/agriculture experience a plus
