Being kind to others releases dopamine, the feel-good chemical in your body, reducing stress and breaking up your daily routine.

Decide to consicously do one nice thing daily. Open a door for someone, wave someone ahead when you’re in traffic, or simply smile at a coworker or fellow commuter.
