The Taproom VP will direct the operational activities of hospitality departments (Taproom & Private Events) and oversee existing managerial teams and multiple sub-departments.
VP of Hospitality and Taproom Experience Qualifications:
• 10+ years in bar and restaurant management
• Expertise in the Craft Beer field – Cicerone
• Revenue generations experience
• Understanding of marketing and merchandising craft beer and its retail
• Prior experience expanding craft beer business
• Strong unassuming leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, strong guiding principles of equality, committed to performance, solid guiding principles of equality
• Heartfelt leadership to mentor and develop others
VP of Hospitality and Taproom Experience – our client offers:

• Base of $110-130K plus bonus
VP of Hospitality and Taproom Experience Responsibilities:
• Informing and executing the business strategy
• Assisting Executive leadership with the development and implementation of revenue generating and cost reduction strategies
• Marketing and developing the hospitality branch of our Craft Beer
• Apply ‘Taproom Experience’ model with an eye towards the development of future locations and concepts
• Lead and Mentor the Taproom, Retail Merchandise, and Private Events management teams and staff
• Collaborates with Director of Private Events to ensure brand continuity, excellence of client experience and maximized sales
• Works with the Director of Taproom Experience to drive sales through strategic programming, product highlights, events, and tours
• Consistently ensuring quality by working with our production team to deliver and promote our products in the optimal manner
