Systems Analyst Qualifications: 

  • Associates in computer science or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis & documentation, business requirements gathering, and scope management.
  • Project management proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, closely collaborating with IT and business units.

    Systems Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Works closely with IT and business units on analyzing test results.
  • Organizes the complete process of Custom Work Requests and ensures the completion of testing prior to implementation.
  • Completes preliminary troubleshooting on various complex research requests.
  • Collaborates with end-users and business partners to understand the needs, objectives and resources,
  • Gathers data and assesses end-users’ information, reporting and systems requirements.
  • Serves as the primary technical liaison for system functionality questions including detailed research requests.
  • Manages open service desk tickets by taking appropriate action in order to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintains security and safety of member and proprietary information, upholding the company’s mission.
