    Supply Chain Manager Requirements – Do you have the following?

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, or related field. MBA – a plus.
  • 10+ years of high-level supply chain experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years of managing and developing a team.
  • Outsourcing partnership experience.
  • Proficient in production scheduling.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • APICS certification – a plus.
  • Excel – highly proficient, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in ERP.

    Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team driving optimal performance expectations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally which includes the engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
  • IQMS superuser
  • Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and the warehouse.
  • Participate in the launching of new products, vendor management and production status.
  • Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out, ensuring efficient levels, and cycle counts.
  • Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
  • Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits.
