Senior SAP Account Executive (REMOTE) West Coast

ISC’s Sales Recruiting Team has been retained to identify top talent for a Senior SAP Account Executive sales opportunity. This is a remote opportunity covering a large territory of the West coast; some travel will be required.

The Account Executive will secure, maintain, and drive expansion of new business for SAP services. This person will leverage client relationships, being the point of contact with a focus on solution driven strategies. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with existing SAP client relationships and experience selling professional services to join a highly dynamic company and have continuous career growth.

Senior SAP Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of professional service or HCM software sales.
  • A background in Human Capital Management market and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience selling implementation services.
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
  • Able to build on existing and new relationships to increase sales.
  • Self-driven, flexible, results-oriented, and innovative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite.

    Senior SAP Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Documents an organized and detailed tracking of all activities in a sales tracking tool.
  • Research current market trends and competition.
  • Develops pricing model, territory sales plan and sales material.
  • Comprehend the client’s obstacle and present a customized sales plan.
  • Advances and supports the creation of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Strategic planning to manage objections, negotiations, obstacles and finalize sales ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong trusted relationship with current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent service to clients.
  • Provide continuous training and support to clients.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of available services while continuing to sharpen professional skills and technical
    knowledge.
