Senior Product Manager – Southwest Florida

The Senior Product Manager for I & R products will plan and develop a product line from the concept stage to marketplace. This position will manage the entire process collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that profit, marketing, financial and corporate growth of the products are met. If you are technical and experienced in developing products in imaging and resection products, this position is for you!

• Participate in the product strategy, sales forecasting, market and product research, development and manufacturing coordination.
• Provide competitive analysis by comparing other products in the marketplace.
• Identify the market potential, establish pricing and market strategy.
• Establish objectives, assign and delegate to team.
• Handle the promotion and publicity through press and distribution channels
• Be the technical SME, assist and train customer/sales force on product issues.

To qualify, you should be a strong Senior Product Manager in the orthopedic medical device industry with experience in battery-powered instruments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Engineering, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years in medical device battery-powered instrument Marketing, Engineering, or product management is required.
• Minimum of seven years in product management and/or marketing of surgical orthopedic devices.
• Knowledge of surgical devices and Arthroscopy
• Up to 25% Travel
• Two years of managing people
