ISC’s team of CONSTRUCTION RECRUITERS has been engaged to identify a Senior Estimator in the large scale demolition industry.

The Construction Senior Estimator will prepare full estimates on large and complex projects as required by the client’s documents and provides complete conceptual and total bid price.  The Construction Senior Estimator will work directly with and report to the CEO.

This position is located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities for Senior Estimator – Demolition

• Qualify appropriate projects to bid
• Conduct onsite pre-bid meetings
• Review and complete RFPs including scope, drawings, specs, take-offs, subcontractor pricing, project pricing, development of schedules, and completing paperwork

Requirements for Senior Estimator – Demolition 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Experience in demolition estimating required

 Salary:  Approximate $100k base based upon experience plus bonus and exceptional benefits
