The Sales Recruitment team at International Search Consultants is partnering with a growing Roof Coatings Manufacturing Company to recruit candidates for several Sales Manager – Roof Coatings – Remote positions in AZ, FL and TX.

As a Sales Manager for Roof Coatings, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining contact with existing and new customers to understand their needs and to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyzing competitiveness of product offerings and product trends in the marketplace.
• Conducting market research and customer interviews to identify technology and innovation trends.
• Performing market segmentation analysis to include market size, and competitive landscape.
• Developing go-to-market strategies for new products, plan the launch of new products, and develop product literature/training materials.
• Reporting and analyzing key product line metrics including sales growth, gross margin, fill rate, inventory turns, supplier operational performance, performance to forecast, etc.

Requirements for Sales Manager – Roof Coatings include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related discipline preferred.
• Must have 5+ years of outside sales experience selling in the roofing industry, particularly with coatings.
• Experience developing, implementing and communicating business strategies and plans.
• Prior experience conducting customer profiles and gathering field data for manufacturers/end users.
• Successful track record of prospecting, researching and qualifying targets, generating sales reports, sales pipeline and funnel management for new opportunities and markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, strategic planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office to include, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
