Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing /product teams to ensure precise alignment of messaging with sales resources.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes/ performance, proposing remedies for enhancement.
  • Oversee the development of partner training and territory sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of sales enablement advancements (resources, trends, technologies) to optimize team capabilities.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 5+ years of expertise in managing sales programs.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process specific to technical/engineered solutions.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
