Project Manager – Wausau, WI  

The Project Manager is a highly visible leader who will provide direction and motivate the team.  This position will support complex sales cycles while guiding the sales team.  This position will add value by coordinating activities from start-up to close out… if you have successful Project Management experience in the Structural Steel space, this is the position for you!

• Negotiate agreements with subcontractors
• Review and direct plans, design drawings, delivery, and erection
• Manage costs, schedules, progress, and quality
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the Structural Steel industry
• Exceptional multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team player attitude
• Very minimal travel
