Project Manager – Multifamily – VA

ISC’s team of CONSTRUCTION RECRUITERS has been engaged to identify a Project Manager in the multifamily industry.

This position is located in the Richmond, VA area. 


Responsibilities of the Project Manager – Multifamily include: 

  • Collaborate with the design team, contractors, and engineers
  • Develop and manage the project schedule and budget
  • Ensure the project stays within budget and on time
  • Oversee the construction process of the project from start to completion
  • Manage and document project design and construction progress for the duration of the project
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external vendors
  • Oversee the punch list process
  • Manage and process RFI’s, shop drawings, substitutions, and change orders

Requirements of the Project Manager – Multifamily include: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-family properties, hotels, or retirement communities
  • Strong project management and financial analysis experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace and team-oriented environment
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have experience working for a General Contractor
  • Local travel only

 

Salary: $80-150k plus bonus potential, exceptional benefits, and great work environment
