Our client, a thriving Real Estate Development Company, is currently seeking Project Managers for Development & Construction for Multi-family properties in the greater Baltimore, MD area.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

• Manage the design team, contractors, and engineers throughout the construction and development process
• Develop and manage the project schedule and budget
• Ensure the project stays within budget and on time
• Oversee the construction process of the project from start to completion
• Manage and document project design and construction progress for the duration of the project
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external vendors
• Oversee the punch list process
• Manage and process RFI’s, shop drawings, substitutions, and change orders

Requirements of the Project Manager include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• Must have 3+ years of experience in construction and project development for multi-family properties, universities, hotels, or retirement communities
• Experience with the design and construction process
• Strong project management and financial analysis experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace and team-oriented environment
• Self-driven, highly motivated, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite to include, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel up to 40%

Salary: $95-105k plus bonus potential
