ISC’s team of SOFTWARE RECRUITERS has been engaged to identify a Product Support Specialist – Desktop Management to work virtually in the Toronto, Canada area.
We are seeking someone to support customers via email and over the phone for a Windows Desktop Management product. The product uses (mostly) Group Policy to deliver settings, so Active Directory and GPO experience is a must, MDM experience is helpful.
Must have solid internet access, phone access, and home office. You will receive all the training necessary!
Rockstar troubleshooting skills are a must!
