How long have you been in the industry?
I’ve been recruiting within the Financial Services and Banking space for over 8 years.
What is your background?
I went to undergrad at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and was introduced to recruitment about a year after graduation. While interviewing for an opportunity through a headhunter, I became fascinated with her business and how she was a ‘matchmaker’. The client development, recruitment process and the financial services niche all intrigued me. I actually wasn’t a fit for the role she was interviewing me for, however, after a long conversation, she offered me a recruitment role with her firm!
What is your specialty?
I’ve always specialized in financial services and banking recruitment, partnering with leading Banks, investment firms, RIA’s and Trust Companies.
What are your favorite aspects of what you do and why?
I love learning about my client’s culture, who they are and what makes them special, as well as being a part of building the company and matching them with sharp talent. On the flip side, knowing I’m a part of progressing someone’s career when they land that ideal job is really satisfying. I’m also passionate about seeing the clients I partner with succeed and the individuals we place within their companies grow. I also love a new challenge of a ‘hard to fill’ role looking for a specific candidate.
What are your interest/passions outside of recruiting?
My husband and I travel a lot and love to see new places and learn about different cultures. We’re always on the move and enjoy meeting and learning about people and new places.

1. 1. Being with friends and family
2. 2. Summers in upstate New York, I love the long summer days when the sun doesn’t set until 9pm.
3. 3. Traveling, exploring, learning about new cultures and places – and meeting new people!
