Our Client is a prominent Wealth Manager and RIA with offices throughout the U.S. Through their Delaware Trust Company, the firm provides a full range of corporate trustee and executor services that allow their clients the ability to establish trusts with Delaware situs. The firm’s clients include high net worth individuals, families, institutions, trusts and foundations, they oversee over 18B in AUM.


The Office Manager will partner with Client Advisors, Fiduciary Counsel members and the Managing Director on all general admin support including, calendar and meeting management, arranging client events, gathering reports/presentations and general client servicing support backing up the centrally located Client Servicing team. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for Office Management responsibilities such as being the face of the firm, ordering supplies, coordinating office events and overseeing mail.


The Office Manager also has the opportunity to take on an active role in project management within the firm. They recently acquired two other RIA’s, and there’s a tremendous opportunity to be actively involved in supporting this transition.

Office Manager / Executive Assistant / Client Servicing


  • Provides administrative support to the Delaware office, this includes performing research, compiling documents for meetings, overseeing mail, screening telephone calls, scheduling meetings and maintaining client documents/files.
  • Compiles documents for travel-related meetings and prepares expense reports.
  • Organizes coordination of meetings, client events, webcasts, and conference calls including arranging facilities, caterer, issuing information or invitations.
  • Ongoing management of special projects throughout the year.
  • Preparation of scan, faxes, copies and e-mails
  • Face of the firm and responsible for greeting clients and guests and welcoming them to the office.
  • Liaison & expert on caterers, including setup for meetings.
  • Oversee mailings and internal mail organization.
  • Oversee all supply orders.
  • Maintenance of kitchen & gathering areas, including the dishwasher.
  • Meeting setup & cleanup.
  • Maintain vendor accounts & records & passwords.
  • New employee onboarding including, IT onboarding & coordination – new laptop, appropriate logins
  • Employee Badge setup – coordination with HR.
  • Liaison with vendors when problems arise (printer jams, TV issues, etc.)
  • Liaison with IT when problems arise.
  • General client servicing support including; Scan client statements, save to client folder, send to reporting provider.
  • Send out holiday cards.
  • Certified mailings and tax filings, as well as E-mail out tax documentation via encrypted e-mail or certified mail.
