The Manufacturing Recruitment team at International Search Consultants is partnering with a growing Coatings Manufacturing Company in the greater Los Angeles, CA market to recruit candidates for a Manufacturing Production Manager for Coatings.

As a Manufacturing Production Manager for Coatings, you will…

• Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and coaching to the manufacturing team.
• Oversee the production process, daily production schedule, quality control and employee safety.
• Oversee inventory management of manufactured products and raw materials.
• Monitor performance to meet production efficiency, yield and quality goals.
• Make adjustments and process improvements as required to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products are produced on time and within quality standards.
• Estimate and review costs and monitor and document process controls.
• Provide daily and monthly production reports.
• Maintain knowledge of all current and newly developed manufacturing processes.
• Manage all aspects of the operations to assure a safe working environment.
• Have a working knowledge of all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements for Manufacturing Production Manager for Coatings include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in the roofing or painting and coatings industry.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing and packaging.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, collaborative and team environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manager priorities and workflow.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.
