Manufacturing Customer Service Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer and technical services department
- 3+ years of experience in executing equipment service, maintenance, and technical support contracts
- Manufacturing experience required
- Call center tech support in a manufacturing environment and field services background highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding service level agreements
- Demonstrated success in scaling a rapidly growing business

Manufacturing Customer Service Manager Core Responsibilities:
- Create metrics and processes for all duties within the Customer Service Department
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Oversee the development of service standards, training systems and best practices that deliver a high level of customer support
- Lead and manage Customer Service Department team
- Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, manage workloads and manage the budget
- Ensure the integrity of customer data
- Develop action plans that align with strategic and company goals
