Manufacturing Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2. 5+ years of experience in managing customer and technical services department
3. 3+ years of experience in executing equipment service, maintenance, and technical support contracts
4. Manufacturing experience required
5. Call center tech support in a manufacturing environment and field services background highly preferred
6. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding service level agreements
7. Demonstrated success in scaling a rapidly growing business

5. Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, manage workloads and manage the budget
6. Ensure the integrity of customer data
7. Develop action plans that align with strategic and company goals
