We are seeking to add an experienced virtual Executive Recruiter to our team.
This is a sub-contractor, straight commission, 1099 position.
Executive Recruiter – Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of executive recruiting and sales experience
• Proficient in targeting both passive and active candidates
• Experience with utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, cold calling, and other research methods
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and planning skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast paced environment

Executive Recruiter – Here’s the basics:
• We have two positions available:
1. Straight Recruitment – Recruiting candidates for existing clients
2. New Business Development – Cold-calling for new clients, partnering with colleagues to fill the roles
• Identifying and delivering qualified candidates, managing the interview process, candidate and client prep, and offer negotiations
• Long sales cycle – must realistically be able to handle an average of 6-8 weeks without your first paycheck – After that, if you consistently add to your pipeline, payments can be pretty consistent; however, nothing changes the fact that this is a straight commission role
