The organization owns and manages hotels, mixed use & commercial properties, as well as apartment buildings. The Area Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function for three properties, close to 600 keys, with emphasis on employee engagement and risk mitigation.

Area Human Resources Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:
• Minimum of five years of Hotel HR experience; at least two in a supervisory role
• Familiar with labor laws and union avoidance principles
• Experience leading and teaching Performance Management
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Technical knowledgeable and competency in necessary systems and software:
[Outlook, Word, Excel, ADP, etc.]

Area Human Resources Manager Responsibilities- The duties for the role are as follows:
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function for three hotels (approximately 600 keys).
• Drive culture and employee engagement
• Celebrate employee milestones and achievements.
• Drive performance management.
• Handle all payroll related tasks such as ADP timekeeper and biweekly signoff’s, the processing of new hire paperwork with a timely submittal to the People Team
• Provide managerial and team member support to hotel team members on the interpretation of Human Resources policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.
