According to the new report, Workplace Basics: The Competencies Employers Want, by the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce, the most in-demand skills across the labor market are:
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Sales and customer service
- Leadership
- Problem-solving/complex thinking
