ISC’s team of Banking Recruiters is partnering with a growing bank with a strong presence in the Colorado Market. We are seeking a Division President of Commercial Lending to support continued growth and lead initiatives for our client.

Summary of Position:
The Division President will be accountable for achieving lending goals, financial performance, market growth and customer satisfaction for the bank. They will direct the lending initiatives and community involvement and ensure team adherence to bank policies, procedures, objectives, and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute on the corporate business plan
• Partner with lending team to originate new banking relationships
• Lead the lending team to achieve growth goals through leveraging their network and coaching team as needed.
• Represent the bank in the community by attending and supporting various community causes and activities
•  Plan and implement local marketing activities to achieve goals
• Collaborate with lenders to enhance client relationships ensuring full optimization of the bank’s product suite
• Responsible for customer recruitment, interaction, and retention
• Responsible for individual and team loan and deposit production goals
• Responsible for management of commercial lending staff inclusive of recruitment, supervision and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics. Graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commercial bank management and business development.
• Minimum of 15 years banking experience
• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience
• 7+ years’ commercial lending including real estate and C&I.
• Strong credit understanding
