The Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the marketing and communications function of the Company, ensuring that the Company’s message is clearly defined and communicated. In addition to managing a team of 5-10 individuals, this role will also plan and develop a detailed marketing strategy, collaborating with the executive team and key stakeholders.

Director of Marketing & Communication Requirements – to qualify, you should have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the marketing/advertising field.
  • Diverse mid-level management experience.
  • Proven experience developing and overseeing communication or marketing plans.
  • Experience with graphic design, web, and social media applications and tools, including MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.

    Director of Marketing & Communications Responsibilities- The duties for the role are as follows:

  • Responsible for creating/implementing all Company marketing, communications, and public relations.
  • Manage Marketing and Communications team.
  • Responsible for all written and media marketing design, including brochures and social media.
  • Create and implement marketing strategy.
  • Maintain Brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Providing strategic direction and leadership according to Company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for development and tracking of the department budget.
  • Oversight of brand audits.
  • Develop and manage effective SEO strategies.
  • Manage graphic design as well as internal and external website creation and maintenance.
