Our client is a leading Semiconductor company with excellent opportunity for growth. This position will be responsible for the strategies, policies, procedures, and goals for the team. Both technical and managerial responsibilities are required.

Responsibilities of the Director of Engineering

• Collaborate with senior leadership
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and design expertise
• Plan, manage, and direct the product development activities while discovering ways for improvement
• Complete work within the budget and schedule
• Mentor, direct, and support all engineering activities and engineers

Requirements of the Director of Engineering

• Master’s Degree in Engineering required
• Minimum of 10 years Director level Engineering experience
• Ability to communicate technical information to others
• Proven leadership abilities to create, grow, and motivate a team
• Knowledge of design and scope
• Experience working cross-functionally on a global basis
