Director of Channel Sales – SaaS – Technology Alliances – Remote

ISC’s team of Channel Sales Technology Recruiters has been retained to identify a Director of Channel Sales – SaaS – Technology Alliances for a growing and heavily funded Enterprise Technology company. This is a remote position.

Director of Channel Sales – SaaS – Technology Alliances – Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Channel Sales Management / Technology Alliance Program Management experience.
• Prior experience developing and executing channel sales SaaS development and marketing programs resulting in revenue generation for a B2B technology company.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding goals for leads contributed to sales and channel sales revenue.
• Ability to leverage and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and grow the business.
• Prior experience with building and managing a partner ecosystems.
• Successful track record of prospecting, researching, and qualifying targets, generating sales reports, sales pipelines and funnel management for new business opportunities and markets.
• Proven and successful sales experience at managing resources, negotiating contracts with partners and building credibility with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience with CRM systems, generating sales reports, sales pipeline and funnel management.
• Leadership experience a plus.

Director of Channel Sales – SaaS – Technology Alliances Responsibilities:
• Build a successful channel sales program by identifying target partners and increasing revenue, generating business relationships, designing policies to allow partnerships to thrive and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners through negotiations to signing.
• Manage relationships with partners, including proactive sales enablement and technology enablement.
• Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
• Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
• Collaborate with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
• Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
• Create a roadmap for successful growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to effectively support the business growth.
