The bank has a solid financial growth with strong community engagement, and they are looking to bring on an innovative Director of Business Intelligence to continue their growth efforts.

This is a great opportunity for an innovative Director of Business Intelligence to optimize the development and implementation of business intelligence applications. The Director will partner with leadership on improvement strategies and support analytics solutions in a collaborative and highly visible role.
 
Director of Business Intelligence Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data modeling.
  • 3+ years of managerial/ supervisory experience.
  • A strong understanding of financial services operations.
  • Must remain current on all regulatory compliance which includes, but not limited to BSA/AML/ OFAC.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical skills related to BI decision analysis and administration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of clarifying details.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of reasoning ability, applying mathematical and/or scientific critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to execute company goals

    Director of Business Intelligence Responsibilities:

  • Displays leadership over the entire BI/data platforms ensuring company goals are supported.
  • Continually monitor the company’s BI needs and provide recommendations on new BI technology and BI/ data usage.
  • Ensures the concerns, needs and questions of clients are efficiently addressed in a courteous manner.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities through data analysis and work with business leaders
    and Subject Matter Experts to find strategic solutions.
  • Oversees the development of analytical reporting, dashboard, and information artifacts.
  • Oversee a team of business analysts ensuring they are adequately equipped by developing training programs.
  • Responsible for Vendor and Enterprise Risk Management assessment for areas of responsibility.
  • Works cross-functionally with executives keeping them informed of changes while providing solutions.
