Customer Success Manager – San Francisco and NYC

The Customer Success Manager will build, manage, and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to become a strategic business partner with customers in a constantly changing environment… if you have a consultative, customer-focused approach, this is the position for you!

  • Learn about your customers’ needs and advise them on how to achieve their goals
  • Proactively identify value and provide recommendations
  • Manage the contract renewal process
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Interested?

Experienced candidates should have a Customer Success background in a software start-up environment. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience
  • Consultative and proactive mindset
  • Strong customer advocacy and project management background
