The Customer Success Manager will nurture relationships with existing customers, while processing retention and growing accounts. The right experienced candidate will be passionate and want to take ownership of the position to ensure software customers remain satisfied. Customer Success Manager – Do you have the following:
• Minimum of 3 years of customer success or client success with a compliance SaaS company
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience training customers on implementation
• Adaptable to growth and change
• Ability to manage multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to create structure
Customer Success Manager – If you qualify for this opportunity, the company offers:
• $75,000-90,000 base salary, depending upon experience
• Average 25% commission

Customer Success Manager – Here are the basics:
• Provide structure and project management for assigned customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and renewals
• Learn and maintain a great understanding of the product in order to anticipate the customer’s needs and wants
• Assist with creating processes to ensure success and growth
• Establish regular times with customers to review and find opportunities for improvement
• Identify risks in order to eliminate them
• Become an advocate for the customer and provide internal feedback for better service, tracking, support, and requests
