Complex Controller, Hotels College Park, MD

The organization owns and manages hotels, mixed use & commercial properties, as well as apartment buildings. With an impressive balance sheet and strong financials, the organization is in an excellent position to continue growing without an interest in being acquired be a REIT or other management company.

The Multi-property Controller will be responsible for leading the accounting function for two properties, close to 500 keys.

Complex Controller Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:
• 4 years of accounting experience in hotel or food and beverage environment
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong accounting knowledge including accounting software.
• BS or Associate degree in related field preferred, High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor department heads in budgeting and revenue generation.
• Profit Sword preferred.
