Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer

The Loan Officer will be the face of new business development in the lending area.

• Manage Loan Portfolios and extend credit within limits. Work with support staff. Real Estate lending. Manage 20 million plus in Loans.
• New Business development.
• Interview loan applicants, review all required information
• Serve on Loan Officer committee
• Credit Analysis

To qualify, you should have previous experience in commercial and real estate lending

• 5 years Commercial Banking experience.
• Knowledge of lending policies and procedures
• Knowledge of compliance policies
• Knowledge of federal regulations and state regulations
