Client Service Associate Wilmington, DE

A growing global investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support its expanding Delaware office. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The firm provides customized investment management and advisory services to UHNW individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. This role is based in Wilmington, DE (hybrid).

Responsibilities

 

  • Partner closely with Wealth Advisors to support UHNW clients and deliver high-touch service.
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing, money movements, and investment-related documentation.
  • Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.

    Manage account openings and closings across SMA and brokerage platforms.
     

  • Maintain and update KYC profiles, searches, and compliance documentation.
  • Process cash and security movements, including wires, deposits, withdrawals, gifting, and journals.
  • Support preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Review billing for accuracy and assist with reconciliation as needed.
  • Maintain and update client databases and portfolio/account systems (e.g., Salesforce, Addepar, Black Diamond).

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting UHNW clients in wealth management or investment advisory.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in investment management, financial technology, and client solutions.
