Client Service Associate Dallas, TX

A growing global investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support its expanding Dallas office. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The firm provides customized investment management and advisory services to UHNW individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. This role is based in Dallas, TX (hybrid).

Responsibilities

» Client & Advisor Support: Partner closely with Wealth Advisors to support UHNW clients and deliver high-touch service.

» Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.

» Portfolio Management Support: Assist with portfolio rebalancing, money movements, and investment-related documentation.

» Onboarding & Operations: Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements, while managing account openings and closings across SMA and brokerage platforms.

» Compliance & KYC: Maintain and update KYC profiles, searches, and compliance documentation.

» Asset Movements: Process cash and security movements, including wires, deposits, withdrawals, gifting, and journals.

» Reporting & Tech: Support preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

» Billing: Review billing for accuracy and assist with reconciliation as needed.

» Database Management: Maintain and update client databases and portfolio/account systems (e.g., Salesforce, Addepar, Black Diamond).

Qualifications

» Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).

» Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting UHNW clients in wealth management or investment advisory.

» Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

» Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

» Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.»
