Client Service Analyst

A growing global investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to support its expanding Delaware office. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The firm provides customized investment management and advisory services to UHNW individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. This role is based in Wilmington, DE (hybrid).

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a dedicated Client Service team to support UHNW client relationships across the East Coast.
  • Assist Advisors with new and existing client accounts, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Prepare and process account documentation, including onboarding materials and investment agreements.
  • Coordinate the opening and closing of brokerage and separately managed accounts.
  • Support cash and securities activity, including wires, transfers, journals, gifting, and distributions.
  • Liaise with custodians and internal operations teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests.
  • Review and validate client billing and fee calculations for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support operational workflows across multiple systems.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and client service projects as needed.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial services or a related professional environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within wealth management or investment advisory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other domestic office locations.
