ISC’s team of Financial Services Recruiters has been retained by a prominent and growing global investment firm. The firm specializes in providing customized investment management and investment advisory services to their clients – Ultra-High Net Worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. They’re seeking a talented Business Development Assistant to provide support for expansion as they continue to grow.

The Business Development Assistant opportunity is highly visible and ideal for a professional champion who is an outstanding communicator and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The person will embody a high level of critical thinking and professionalism while providing support to senior management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive and capable of keeping self and others on task.
We’re looking for an accomplished Administrator who is tech savvy, comfortable with PowerPoint, basic formulas in Excel, and highly proficient in Outlook. This individual must be a self-starter who is always looking to take on more and for a new challenge. You’ll be supporting two key stakeholders of the firm, as well as eventually having in person and virtual interaction with Ultra High Net Worth Clients.

Business Development Assistant Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years as a strong administrative assistant supporting upper management and team members.
• Salesforce experience (highly preferred), advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bonus: Smartsheets, Slack and Addepar.

Business Development Assistant Responsibilities:
• Professionally greet guests and provide a hospitable environment.
• Manages Senior Managers’ calendar, compose and prepare correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage business travel accommodations.
• Organize mailings and distribute accordingly.
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to manage all communication of prospects and clients and COIs.
• Manage and distribute multiple lists for events, PR and leadership.
• Assist in organization and completion of expense reports.
• Screen, manage and route calls and relay messages.
• Create documentation necessary for meetings: agendas, presentations materials, attendees and document meeting minutes as requested.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan client events.
• Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
