At this point I think we can all agree on the vast benefits of having a diverse workforce. 


The question now should be how we can make sure that we are truly looking at all viable candidates, and going the extra mile to identify diversity candidates that may not have come to our attention previously. 


There has been much discussion in the recruiting world on the benefits of utilizing AI to identify candidates, in the hopes that this would prevent any subconscious screening behaviors that  defeat the end goal.
