We all know we do certain things that decrease our productivity.
If we can be aware of what those habits are, and then focus on stopping them, we can not only become more productive, but studies consistently show that people that make a conscious effort to become aware of bad habits and work to break them, are much happier overall.
My worst habit that definitely affected my productivity was looking at electronic screens at night, which kept me from falling to sleep and getting in a full 8 hours of sleep.
