· Production Supervisor – Do you have the following:
· 3+ years of experience supervising and leading a production team on 2nd shift
· Manufacturing experience preferred
· Experience with either continuous flow or batch processing
· Experience in high-speed environment
· Strong processes orientated
· SAP Experience
· Hands-on management experience with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and handle stress, calm under pressure, and adept with conflict resolution and solving problems
· Mature, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

Production Supervisor – Here’s the basics:
· Directly manage chemical manufacturing and packing operations with high speed, continuous flow production operations
· Drive growth and take ownership
· Efficient execution of production schedules
· Streamline manufacturing operations by identifying and eliminating delays, auditing workflow to manage productivity, and identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
· Conduct performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and compensation adjustments for production and operation of employees
· Heavy background in process improvements and lean manufacturing principles
