The Position – VP of Sales – Chicago   

The VP of Sales is a highly visible leader who will support complex sales cycles while guiding the sales team.  This position will add business value while building relationships with the C-level of large corporations… if you have successfully built and led a sales team in the Enterprise Software space, this is the position for you!

  • Onboard and retain top sales executives
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan
  • Manage pipelines, forecasts, and deals for company success
  • Ensure revenue growth and above quota results

To qualify, you should be a strong influencer with demonstrated success in the development of top sales executives in the software industry.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of Enterprise Software sales experience with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Successful background building and managing a successful team
  • Proven leadership track record – training, coaching, mentoring, and motivating
